Class Meeting 4/15

Prom:
  1. Photographs
    1. Prom Book is $15, must have at least 40 before (date was April 1 but doesn’t matter)
      1. Must give out photo information when tickets are sold and must backtrack on those who have already ordered tickets
    2. Senior Portraits in mid-July
  2. Chaperones
    1. If not buying dinner do they have to come after dinner?
      1. Fine can come at anytime
  3. General Dates:
    1. Ticket Sales

        3. Possibility of extending ticket sales due to low ticket sales

    3. People will know they are on court by Friday, May 8, but will not know their positions until the actual ceremony (this is to ensure that everyone voted for in prom court attends coronation)
  18. Meeting w/Mr. Hilgendorff regarding google sites for class and sync with GCS facebook page
    1. Meeting Apr 20 7th period
  19. Key copies?
    1. Brittany was just given the key and will get it copied this week
      1. Still needs money from the cash box
      2. If not done by Friday, Moylan will take care of copying

Prom Information

Flower Pickup:

 If you ordered corsages and/or boutonnieres from Janine’s Florist on April 17, they will be available for pickup the day of prom, Saturday, May 9, from 11:30 AM—12:30 PM at the school. If you would like to pick them up just before coronation, you must arrive before 3:30 PM.

 Coronation:

Coronation will occur at the MS/HS Auditorium at 4 PM on May 9, but we are asking students to arrive at 3:30 PM to start lining up for the ceremony. Again, if you did not pickup corsages and/or boutonnieres from 11:30 AM—12:30 PM, you must arrive before 3:30 PM to pick them up.

Prom:

 The prom is from 6-10 PM on May 9 at the Lazy Swan. The address is: 1754 Old Kings Highway, Saugerties, New York 12477.

 SADD Post-Prom Party:

 The Greenville SADD Chapter will be hosting the annual post-prom after party from 11 PM to 6 AM. There will be music, food, games, prizes, and fun! Doors close promptly at 11. Please consider attending to ensure a safe prom for all.
